About 36 minutes by car from Karatsu IC
From central Karatsu, take the newly designated scenic coastal drive route (Route Grand Bleu), established with the opening of the National Route 204 Tōbō Bypass on November 12, 2023. Continue toward Yobuko with views of Karatsu’s beautiful sea, cross the Yobuko Bridge, then turn right toward Kabeshima Fishing Port. After descending the slope, the Facility is on your left.
