  • We were very satisfied.

    We were extremely satisfied with everything—the Facility, the Room, the meals, the staff service, and the activities. It’s perfect for families with small children, but even our group of five adults fully enjoyed the activities. In particular, the coordination among the activity staff and between the activity staff and Hotel staff was excellent, making our stay very comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here.First of all, thank you to all the staff! The hospitality was excellent, and it made for a truly comfortable trip!Not only that, but I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room and the meals—so it turned into a wonderful long vacation.There were so many pool facilities and activities that one night wasn’t enough, so I’ll definitely be back.To all the staff, thank you very much!!

    Due to popular demand, we have extended the sales period for our Plan with a free pass to “Koyarunagare Onsen Mori no Yu”!
    Enjoy baths filled with luxurious natural hot spring water that springs up in the Koyarunagare area, surrounded by lush nature.
    Relax and unwind in the large public bath and open-air bath, and enjoy the gentle water that warms you from the core.

    ■Eligible stay period: Until December 27, 2026
    *The free pass cannot be used on the following dates:
    Aug 8–Aug 16, Sep 19–Sep 23

    During your stay (from check-in to check-out), you may use “Koyarunagare Onsen Mori no Yu,” located next to our Accommodation, as many times as you like.

    *The Mori no Yu free pass will be provided at check-in (one per person) only to guests staying within the eligible period above who have made a Reservation for a ticket-included Plan.
    *“Koyarunagare Onsen Mori no Yu” is about a 10-minute walk or about a 3-minute drive from our Accommodation.
    *Dogs are not permitted to use Mori no Yu.
    *Mori no Yu hours: 10:00–22:00 (last entry at 21:00)
    *Use of adult in-house wear and the relaxation room is available for an additional fee.
    *For bathing guidelines and precautions, please refer to the official “Koyarunagare Onsen Mori no Yu” website.
