  • It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed for one night and two days on the senior Plan with two meals included. We received a call in advance to confirm a few details, and the staff member was extremely courteous, which raised our expectations and made us look forward to our stay. Those expectations were fully met: throughout our visit, the service from all staff—at the front desk, restaurant, and elsewhere—was wonderful, natural, and never overbearing. Thanks to you, my spouse and I enjoyed a truly comfortable stay together for the first time in a while. The Facility was clean, the meals were very satisfying, and we felt it was excellent value. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

  • It’s a very nice Hotel—I’m completely satisfied.

    They say this mountain Hotel opened in recent years as they’re planning to rebuild Takamine Kogen Hotel soon. Dinner was a beautifully presented and delicious set course. I couldn’t have breakfast because I left early in the morning to climb Mt. Asama, but according to the Hotel’s information it’s an elaborate bread-based breakfast (too bad I missed it). From 8:30 p.m., it’s bar time and drinks are free! All the Facility is new and spotless. The bath is a bit small, and there’s no open-air bath, which was slightly disappointing. They also gave me a free ticket for the Onsen at Takamine Kogen Hotel. Being able to bathe after hiking was very satisfying.
