Angel Forest Nasu

We stayed here for a family trip with two dogs. The Facility was new, and the moment we opened the front door, the scent of wood was soothing. The private dog run was spacious, and our dogs loved running around. Although it drizzled a little, we were glad we could enjoy a BBQ outdoors under a roof. All of the ingredients were delicious. We also fully enjoyed the sauna and Onsen, making it a wonderful family getaway.

We enjoyed a welcome drink in the lounge, then drove to the accommodation building. We stayed with our 11-month-old dog and two adults. The newer villa was very clean, stylish, and a wonderful space. From the terrace, the open view of the dog run and forest was refreshing and soothing.It’s a maisonette with twin beds and a toilet on each floor, so it seems it can accommodate up to four guests. For us, it was just the right size. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom that can be fully darkened.There is an indoor Onsen bath, a sauna, and even an open-air bath, so we really enjoyed bath time. However, there was something like chocolate stuck to the sauna backrest, so I would like that to be removed. It would have been nice to have a chair at the sink area. The tissues were tucked away at the bottom; I think placing them on top would make them easier to find.The hair dryer was ReFa, and there was also a curling iron. We also used the washing machine, which was very convenient. For some reason many hangers were in the entrance dirt-floor area (genkan), but they were handy when going outside.Pet amenities were more than sufficient, and the dog run was spacious—our dog happily ran around at full speed.Dinner was BBQ in what felt like an inner-garage-style space. It was delicious, but since it’s more of a glamping-style meal, I felt it would be even better if dinner could also be served at a restaurant. Breakfast is delivered as well, which made things easy—especially after bathing.Having handmade meals for pets both morning and evening is another great point.I thought it would be perfect if check-out were at 11:00. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout; we were lucky with the weather too, and our first trip with our dog became a wonderful memory. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.
