Staying at Kisshotei with my family this time was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff were all very kind. The meals and hot spring experience were excellent. My family had a wonderful stay, and it left us with great memories from this trip.The only downside was that the Wi-Fi and mobile signal were somewhat unstable, which made it a little inconvenient to use. If this can be improved in the future, the stay would be even more perfect.Overall, I highly recommend it. If I visit Yamanaka Onsen again, I would love to stay at Kisshotei again!
The meals, amenities, and services were excellent and attentive. Small thoughtful touches—such as sleepwear, a bath chair, complimentary drinks, and bottled water—made our stay very comfortable.
