At our Property, we are implementing the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation during your stay. ■ Employee Health Management All employees are required to wear masks at all times. They undergo temperature checks before starting work and practice regular handwashing and hand sanitization with disinfectant. ■ Placement of Disinfectant Solutions Disinfectant solutions are available at various locations, including the entrance and lobby. ■ Ventilation and Air Purification Air purifiers installed in shared spaces and the restaurant are operated 24 hours a day, and ventilation is conducted as needed. Requests to Our Guests 【Before Your Visit】 If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting. Additionally, if a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may ask you to refrain from staying at our Property. 【While on the Premises】 Upon entering, we request that you undergo a temperature check and sanitize your hands. Please wear a mask in all areas of the Property except inside your guest room. Disinfectant solutions are provided at the entrance of each guest room, so we ask that you sanitize your hands when entering and exiting your room. 【Regarding the Use of the Bath】 To prevent overcrowding in the large communal bath as part of our measures against the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings), we may implement time-based entry restrictions. 【In the Lounge】 When eating or drinking in the lounge, please refrain from speaking loudly to prevent droplet transmission. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
