[COVID-19 Prevention Measures] At AWA Nishi-Izu, we prioritize the safety and health of our guests and employees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure our guests can use our services with peace of mind, we will implement the following measures under the supervision of our medical partner, Dr. Omura. ■ Measures Common to the Entire Property - Disinfectant is available throughout the property. - In addition to regular cleaning, we will increase the frequency of disinfection for areas such as handrails, doorknobs, and elevator buttons to ensure thorough hygiene management. - Regular ventilation is conducted. - All staff will wear masks, and food and beverage service staff will also wear gloves. - We will strictly manage the health of hotel staff, including temperature checks upon arrival at work. - Notices will be posted to encourage the distributed use of elevators. ■ Front Desk and Stays - An acrylic board to prevent droplet transmission is installed at the front desk, and a tray will be used for cash and card transactions. - We ask for your cooperation in temperature checks and health confirmations at check-in. - During cleaning, guest room doors will be opened for ventilation. - In-room cleaning will focus on disinfecting contact areas. ■ Restaurant - We ask guests to wear masks until their meals are served when using the restaurant. - Please cooperate with temperature checks upon entering the restaurant. - Alcohol spray bottles will be placed on each table. - Seating arrangements will consider social distancing.
