It was disappointing that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the sunset or Mt. Fuji, but we were satisfied with the Hotel. If there was any issue, it was the squeaking sound of the glass door when entering the bathroom area from the Room, and the air purifier attached to the latest air conditioner was quite loud. The cleanliness of the Room, the campfire, the meals, unlimited beer and soft drinks, and other thoughtful small services were all excellent.
We apologize for any concern caused by traveling with an elderly person, and we truly appreciate all your thoughtful support.In particular, the female staff member was very kind—accompanying us on the stairs and preparing a thin cushion for the dining chair, which we greatly appreciated.Thank you as well for keeping the dried fish we purchased in your freezer.The Room was spacious, and the meals were delicious.If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have something like a slatted mat or a small area in the large bathroom where we could change without getting our feet wet.We would love to visit again.
