Regarding our response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), our facility prioritizes the safety and peace of mind of our guests and staff. To reduce the risk of infection, we have implemented the following measures and kindly request your cooperation. These measures are carried out in accordance with industry-specific guidelines but may be subject to sudden changes based on government policies. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 【Shared Spaces】 Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed throughout the facility. We regularly disinfect frequently touched areas such as elevator buttons and doorknobs. 【Front Desk】 An acrylic panel has been installed at the counter. To avoid congestion, we ask guests to maintain a safe distance while queuing. We thoroughly disinfect items such as pens and Room keys that are frequently touched. 【Public Bath】 To prevent overcrowding, we limit the number of guests who can use the facility at one time. Bath towels are no longer provided in the public bath. (Please use the bath towels provided in your Room.) We regularly disinfect frequently touched items such as cosmetics, hairdryers, and lockers. Some lockers are closed to prevent overcrowding. 【Guest Rooms】 We meticulously disinfect frequently touched areas such as switches, doorknobs, and remote controls. Rooms are thoroughly ventilated during cleaning. 【Dining Area】 Some menu items have been modified. The frequency of meal service has been reduced. (*Some Plans are conducted in the restaurant with measures to avoid the "Three Cs.") We thoroughly disinfect the dining area. Staff wear masks and gloves while serving meals. 【Facility Services】 The use of enclosed spaces such as the stone sauna, table tennis room, and armor storage room is suspended. The provision of herbal tea and morning coffee in the lounge is suspended. The cake service in the lounge is now individually packaged for guests to enjoy in their Rooms. Massage chairs in the relaxation room are spaced apart to avoid close contact, and regular disinfection is conducted. 【Requests to Guests】 We will confirm the health condition of guests and whether they have been in contact with infected individuals prior to their visit. Upon arrival, we request guests to use alcohol-based hand sanitizer, undergo a health check, and have their temperature measured with a non-contact thermometer. If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff. 【Staff Measures】 Staff are required to check their temperature before coming to work and maintain strict health management. They practice thorough handwashing, gargling, hand sanitization, and wear masks at all times. Staff with symptoms such as fever or cough are instructed to stay at home. Kitchen staff and servers undergo regular norovirus checks by specialized institutions.
