[Measures Against COVID-19: Cooperation and Requests] At Skypark Hotel, we are implementing the following measures to ensure our guests can use our accommodation with peace of mind, considering the current situation regarding the spread of COVID-19. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in preventing overcrowding and further spread of infection. ■ Hand Sanitizer Stations Hand sanitizers are placed in the lobby, shared restrooms, and restaurant reception areas. Please make use of them. Additionally, we encourage regular handwashing and gargling. ■ Disinfection of Shared Areas We regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, escalator handrails, vending machines, etc., using sanitizing solutions. ■ Staff Mask Usage Our staff undergo health checks at the start of their shifts and practice thorough handwashing, gargling, and hand disinfection upon entering the premises. For guest safety considerations, staff may wear masks or face shields. ■ Restaurant Hygiene Management Guests are requested to use hand sanitizer when entering restaurants. Disposable tongs and vinyl gloves are available upon request; please ask a staff member if needed. We have increased disinfection frequency for shared kitchen tools to enhance hygiene standards. ■ Use of Public Bath Facilities Please avoid using public baths during peak times. Hand sanitization is required before entering baths or after using restrooms. Maintain social distancing by keeping space between washing stations where possible. When using hairdryers in changing rooms or other areas within public baths, please sanitize both your hands/fingers as well as dryer handles before/after usage. Amenities other than hairdryers/hand soap/sanitizers have been removed from changing rooms for safety reasons. We also ensure maximum ventilation wherever feasible; thank you for your understanding regarding these measures.
