    We stayed here for a family trip.Since it was close to Toshogu Shrine, sightseeing was very smooth.The hospitality and service were excellent, and the bath was great, though it looked a little different from the photos on the website. The view wasn’t quite as scenic as in the photos, but we were still very satisfied.They also let us leave our car after check-out, so we were able to visit Toshogu Shrine during that time—something you can only do at a nearby Hotel.

    During our meals, we were served by international staff. They were very courteous in serving and clearing the dishes, greeted us properly, and our family was able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The food was delicious and very filling. When the staff quickly noticed that there was a minor in our group, they promptly changed the pre-dinner drink to juice. We truly appreciated their thoughtful response. In the morning, a staff member offered us refills of rice in the ohitsu, which made it easy to ask for more.
