    On my first visit to Lake Hamana in 50 years, I stayed at Lake Hamana Auberge Quatre Saisons, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding.The French cuisine was exceptional, and the wine selected by the sommelier was perfect.I would love to make time to stay again on my next trip.

  • I quickly made my next reservation as well.

    Every dish was delicious. Each vegetable was carefully cut, and its natural flavor really stood out. The explanations of the dishes were excellent—so vivid that we could imagine them before tasting, which made everything even more enjoyable. We had breakfast in our Room. The gentle yet deeply flavorful pot-au-feu left a lasting impression. It was the first time we experienced a stay centered around the cuisine.
