    I traveled because I wanted to let my three dogs run around and play freely!Unfortunately, two typhoons were approaching during our stay, but the indoor dog run meant all three could run as much as they wanted and were in great spirits. Since we were worried about the weather, we arrived at the Hotel early, and being able to use the indoor dog run was a big help. Both the dinner course and breakfast were delicious, and since this trip also celebrated our wedding anniversary, we were very satisfied. On our way home, our family talked about how we hope it will be sunny next time—and we’re already looking forward to returning.I was surprised at how fast the front desk explanation was at check-in, but the restaurant staff provided very courteous service and made our time truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    This was my first time staying at a Hotel with my dog, and I was very satisfied with how dog-friendly it was. The meals were delicious to me, and the Room was clean, so I had a wonderful holiday. If I have any friends going to Lake Yamanaka, I would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much!
