    Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much.But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying.As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it.The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.

    Ever since we visited Lake Toya on our honeymoon, we had hoped to return someday, and we finally came back together as a couple to celebrate my 60th birthday.The Hotel staff celebrated with us, making it a truly heartwarming and unforgettable anniversary. Thank you very much.Next time, we will bring our children as well. Dinner, breakfast, the Onsen, and the fireworks were all wonderful.
