Based on the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures at Properties" (First Edition) by the Gunma Prefecture Ryokan and Hotel Hygiene Business Cooperative, we are implementing the following measures to reduce the risk of contact and droplet infection during your stay, from your arrival at the Property to your departure. 【Measures at Manzatei】 1. To avoid congestion within the Property, we are limiting the number of groups we accommodate. 2. Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant is used for cleaning all Rooms. 3. Our staff undergo temperature checks, thoroughly disinfect their hands, gargle, and wear masks at all times. 4. Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant is provided in all Rooms. 5. For both dinner and breakfast, the seating layout in the dining area has been adjusted to ensure wider spacing between seats. 6. The dining area is well-ventilated and cleaned with sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. 7. The kitchen and areas related to food preparation and service are disinfected in the same manner as above. 8. To minimize contact time between people, we have simplified our customer service operations. 9. We will not enter your Room to lay out futons. Futons will be prepared in advance. 【Requests to Guests】 1. Please wear a mask when visiting the Property. (If you do not have a mask, please use a handkerchief or similar item.) 2. Please disinfect your hands before entering the Property. 3. While we have thermometers available, guests with a fever or symptoms of poor health prior to arrival may be asked to refrain from visiting. 4. Guests under quarantine orders are not permitted to visit the Property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
