Our Infection Prevention Measures We are implementing infection prevention measures and would like to inform you of the details. Inside the building / Guest rooms - In shared areas, we regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, and handrails by wiping with disinfectant. - Guest rooms are ventilated for at least one hour before check-in. During cleaning, all frequently touched areas—such as doorknobs, remote controls, telephones, bathrooms, and toilet seats—are disinfected with alcohol. Upon arrival - We ask all guests to sanitize their hands with alcohol at the entrance upon arrival. * Alcohol-based sanitizer is available inside the building for guests to use at any time. (Please note that the Shuttle Service bus may operate with fewer passengers than its maximum capacity.) Bathing - In the large public bath, frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, hair dryers, and changing baskets are regularly disinfected with alcohol during operating hours. Guest service To protect our guests’ health and safety and maintain public hygiene, our staff wear masks. (Masks are provided to staff and wearing them during working hours is mandatory.) Staff also wash their hands frequently and use alcohol-based sanitizer regularly. - For payments at checkout, we use a tray instead of handing cash directly. Information for guests - Guests who have a fever or cold-like symptoms such as coughing may be refused entry. - If you develop a fever or respiratory symptoms (such as coughing) during your stay or feel unwell in any way, please inform our staff immediately.
