At Kamikochi Hotel Shirakabaso, we are committed to maintaining the safety of our Facility environment. As part of our measures against COVID-19, we are implementing the following actions: 1. Staff Health Management We continuously monitor the health of our Hotel staff and provide them with necessary information to strengthen preventive measures. All staff members will wear masks or similar protective gear while serving guests. 2. Public Spaces We have increased the frequency of cleaning in public spaces (including the lobby, elevators, door handles, and restrooms) and are applying alcohol-based disinfectants. During cleaning, we ensure proper ventilation by opening doors and windows. The communal bath (Komorebi no Yu) is limited to a maximum of 4 guests at a time. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed in all public spaces to maintain a safe Facility environment. 3. Accommodation In guest Rooms, we thoroughly disinfect and clean all areas using professional-grade detergents (alkaline electrolyzed water). Upon check-in, we will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. Guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher may be asked to refrain from staying. To avoid close contact, some parts of the Room guidance may be omitted. We kindly ask guests to wear masks when using public spaces. 4. Dining For dinner, we will limit the number of seats to ensure adequate spacing between guests. For breakfast, we will control the number of guests to prevent close contact. Additionally, we request that guests wear masks when serving themselves at the buffet corner. 5. Rest Station (Shop Shirakaba, Café Konashi) Foot signs are placed to encourage guests to maintain distance while waiting for payment or other services.
