  • We were able to relax with peace of mind.

    Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station.Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious.The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them.The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning.Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

  • The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax in the Japanese-style room.There is an ocean view, though it is a bit distant.The Shuttle Service driver, the front desk staff, and the staff who brought our meals were all very polite and provided excellent service.It seemed like they were short-staffed for meal service and quite busy, but the simmered golden eye snapper and sashimi were both very delicious!Thank you very much.
