To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of our guests and Hotel staff, we have implemented the following measures: ・Hotel staff are wearing masks to prevent infection. ・We ventilate areas such as the lobby, guest room corridors, public baths, and restaurants at regular intervals. Guest rooms are also ventilated by opening doors and windows during cleaning. ・Alcohol-based sanitizers are available in the lobby, guest rooms, and dining areas. ・Guests experiencing symptoms such as fever or cough are kindly requested to refrain from using the public baths. ・To reduce contact between guests and staff, course meals are served in 2–3 combined rounds instead of individual servings. ・An acrylic panel has been installed at the front desk counter. Cash payments will be handled using a cash tray instead of direct hand-to-hand exchange. ・Some lockers in the public bath area have been closed to maintain social distancing. Guests are asked to use lockers with spacing between them. ・We kindly ask all guests to wear masks while moving around inside our facilities. ・Certain amenities such as cosmetics and cleansing products previously provided in public baths have been temporarily discontinued for hygiene purposes.
