To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of our guests and Hotel staff, we have implemented the following measures. - To prevent infection, Hotel staff wear masks. - We regularly ventilate areas such as the lobby, guestroom-floor corridors, large public bath, and restaurant. During guestroom cleaning, we also keep doors and windows open to improve ventilation. - Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available in the lobby, guestrooms, and dining venues. - Guests who have symptoms such as fever or cough or who are feeling unwell are kindly asked to refrain from using the large public bath. - To reduce contact between guests and employees, kaiseki courses are served in 2–3 grouped deliveries instead of being brought out one dish at a time. - Acrylic partitions have been installed at the front desk counter. For cash payments, we avoid handing money directly and use a cash tray instead. - Some lockers in the bath area are closed to maintain social distancing; please use lockers with space between users. - Please wear a mask when moving around inside the building. - Some amenities previously provided in the large public bath area (such as cosmetics and cleansing products) are currently unavailable.
