    The Facilities are new, and all the staff were lively and hardworking—it was wonderful.The meals felt so healthy that you’d feel better just by staying here, and even the tea in the lobby made me feel refreshed and detoxed. It was that kind of Ryokan.I deducted one star for the baths because I’m hoping to bring my elderly mother next time, but she has trouble walking, and I worry the stairs before entering the baths might be too difficult.Other than that, the Room was spacious, the food was delicious, and it was a great Accommodation.

  • It was a relaxing trip, thanks to the staff’s thoughtful hospitality and the soothing Onsen.

    This was my first time in Toi, and I really enjoyed the Onsen—the water quality and temperature were excellent. The staff were very attentive, making for a comfortable stay. The Ryokan’s Facility feels a bit old, but it has charm, which I appreciated. The Onsen was kept very clean, which left a great impression. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly.
