Guidelines for Guests Based on COVID-19 Measures We kindly ask for your understanding as we implement various measures to minimize contact between employees and guests, as well as among guests, to prevent the spread of infection. ■ Guests entering the Property or staying overnight are required to undergo a temperature check. (Entry will be denied if a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, after confirming the guest's condition.) ■ Guests who have returned from overseas within the past two weeks will not be allowed entry. ■ If you feel unwell, please remain in your Room and contact the front desk at extension 9 by phone. ■ Please wear a mask inside the Property. ■ Avoid poorly ventilated spaces where people gather closely together. ■ Please open the windows in your Room occasionally for ventilation. ■ When using the dining area, maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from other guests. ■ Wash your hands frequently with hand soap. ■ Ensure you get adequate sleep and nutrition. ■ Practice proper cough etiquette when coughing or sneezing. ■ When using public Facilities (lounge, large communal bath, elevator, vending machines, etc.), please use the weakly acidic hypochlorous acid water provided. ■ Lockers in the large communal bath will not be available for the time being. Please leave the key at the front desk when using the bath. ■ Store valuables in the safe in your Room. ■ For changing clothes in the large communal bath, please use the yukata provided in your Room. If additional yukata are needed, please use the disinfected ones available in the large communal bath. ■ Whenever possible, use your own cosmetics and brushes. ■ Maintain a safe distance from other guests in the bathroom and bathtub. ■ When using the toilet, please close the lid before flushing.
