  • A Warm and Welcoming Accommodation

    The staff’s friendly greetings and thoughtful hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I finished every last drop of the soy milk hot pot at breakfast—it was delicious. I made a Reservation here to see the starry sky. Unfortunately it rained, but the nighttime lights of the Onsen town seen from our Room window were also wonderful. I was captivated by Hirugami Onsen’s silky-smooth water. Thank you very much.

  • The room, the starry sky, and the Onsen were all excellent.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The room was a renovated one (with a bed), very clean, and comfortable. The TV was the largest I have ever seen in any accommodation I’ve stayed at. Although the room only had a shower and no bathtub, the large public bath being available until late made it more than sufficient. It was great that Heaven's Sonohara Starry Night Tour was just about 15 minutes away. I’d like to visit again in the morning next time, so I look forward to staying with you then. Thank you very much!

  • About the Accommodation Tax

    At Accommodations located in Achi Village, Nagano Prefecture,
    an Accommodation Tax will be introduced for stays from June 1, 2026.
    Accordingly, based on the Achi Village Accommodation Tax Ordinance, we will collect the Accommodation Tax from guests in addition to the Accommodation Fee.
    The Accommodation Tax will be collected by our Accommodation and paid to Achi Village by us.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Accommodation Tax Overview
    Eligibility: All guests (adults and children) staying with a room-only rate of JPY 6,000 or more (before tax)
    For the first 3 years: JPY 300 per person (breakdown: Nagano Prefecture Accommodation Tax JPY 100 + Achi Village Accommodation Tax JPY 200)
    From the 4th year onward: JPY 350 per person (breakdown: Nagano Prefecture Accommodation Tax JPY 150 + Achi Village Accommodation Tax JPY 200)
    This tax must be paid locally, separately from your accommodation charges.
    For details of the system, please also refer to the official Achi Village website.


    Regarding the Hot Spring Tax,
    as before, guests aged 12 and over are required to pay JPY 150 per person per night.

At Yurui no Yado Esan, we are implementing measures to ensure you can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. 1. Installation of Alcohol Disinfectant Alcohol disinfectant is placed on each floor to create a safer and more convenient environment for our guests. 2. Enhanced Regular Disinfection Regular alcohol disinfection is conducted on frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, doors, stair railings, elevator buttons, lockers, amenities, hairdryers in the large bath area, restroom doors, and other contact points. 3. Promotion of Ventilation Ventilation is encouraged within the Property without compromising the comfort of our guests' stay. 4. Thorough Room Cleaning and Disinfection Guest rooms are ventilated during cleaning, and alcohol disinfection is meticulously carried out. Additionally, alcohol disinfectant is provided in each guest room. 5. Frequent Hand Washing and Disinfection Staff are encouraged to wash hands and disinfect frequently, not only after entering the office or using restrooms but also at regular intervals.
