    The room, large public bath, meals, and service were all satisfying.I stayed in a room with a private bath, which was clean and had a great view, making me feel like I didn’t even need to visit the large public bath. Of course, the large public bath was also excellent.I chose the dinner set plan, and everything was delicious. Personally, as someone who doesn’t drink much alcohol, I really appreciated having a pitcher of cold water placed at my table.The service was minimal yet attentive; staff checked in at just the right moments during meals, which made for a pleasant experience.Additionally, they informed me of the approximate sunrise time so I could enjoy a beautiful sunrise from my room.

Off the coast of Hitachi, warm and cold currents converge, creating a nutrient-rich fishing ground widely known for its abundance. This allows visitors to enjoy a variety of seafood throughout the year. When you visit our facility, we highly recommend savoring the delicious seasonal dishes we offer. The waters off the coast of Ibaraki are where warm and cold currents collide. This meeting point of ocean currents is called "Shiome" in Japanese, and it serves as an excellent fishing ground for fishermen. Both cold and warm water fish species migrate here, while the rocky areas in the northern region are home to reef fish, and the sandy beaches in the southern region are inhabited by bivalves. Blessed with such favorable conditions, this area offers an abundance of delicious seafood.

"Koufuku Ankō" is a Hitachi brand, considered a representative of "Tokiwamono," with the traditional cooking method being hanging cuts. Ankō is in season from autumn to early spring when it begins to be caught off the coast of Hitachi. It is a fish that can be consumed entirely without waste, considered ideal for nutrition. In winter, enjoy ankō hot pot that warms the body from within. Please try our specialty ankō dishes made with Hitachi's proud ankō.

The original "Kajime Bath" is an enchanting amber-colored bath rich in minerals, made from the extract of the seaweed "Kajime" harvested at Mizuki Beach. It smoothens the skin and warms the body from within. The panoramic large public bath "Cambrian Bath" offers three types: "Seaweed Kajime Bath" for smooth skin and prolonged warmth, "Salt Bath" using natural seawater, and "Heated Stone Bath," a low-temperature sauna with pebble bedrock.
