    We made a last-minute Reservation to celebrate a birthday.Due to worsening weather in Tokyo, we had to change our celebration Plan at the last minute, and while searching in Hakone, we found this Accommodation.Unlike other Accommodations, many of the staff here were young yet highly professional, and their service was truly pleasant.We couldn’t finish the celebratory fruit platter at dinner, and we really appreciated that you arranged for us to enjoy it in our Room. Thank you very much.The Room was clean and quiet, and we would love to visit again!

  • We were extremely satisfied!!

    Our Room attendant was extremely attentive and had a great sense of humor! The meals were delicious, and both the Room and the open-air bath were wonderful!!It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and thank you very much for arranging the surprise cake and for all your thoughtful support!!She also said it was amazing and that she wants to come again! It turned into a truly fantastic trip—thank you so much!

From the Tokyo area:
By other means / Disembark at Hakone-Yumoto Station via Hakone Tozan Railway (Odakyu Romancecar), then take a public Shuttle Service bus for 7 minutes.
By car / Via Tomei Atsugi IC to the end of Odawara-Atsugi Road, then from Odawara-Nishi IC, proceed straight on Route 1 to Yumoto, turn left at the Sanmaibashi signal, follow the road for about 2 km, and turn right at the sign.
