  • It was an inn that made me want to visit again!

    We made a last-minute reservation to celebrate a birthday.Due to worsening weather in Tokyo, we had to change our plans at the last minute, and while searching in Hakone we found this inn.Unlike many other places, there were many young yet highly capable staff members, and their service was truly pleasant.We couldn’t finish the celebratory fruit platter at dinner, and they kindly arranged for us to enjoy it in our room—we are very grateful. Thank you very much.The room was clean and quiet, and we would love to visit again!

  • 60th Anniversary

    This was my second stay at Nanpuso.This time, I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on a plan that included a private open-air bath in the room, as well as dinner and breakfast served in the room.Unfortunately, it rained during my stay,but I was able to relax and enjoy a very restful time.I would like to stay here again when visiting Hakone-Yumoto.

From the Tokyo area: By other means / Disembark at Hakone-Yumoto Station via Hakone Tozan Railway (Odakyu Romancecar), then take a public Shuttle Service bus for 7 minutes. By car / Via Tomei Atsugi IC to the end of Odawara-Atsugi Road, then from Odawara-Nishi IC, proceed straight on Route 1 to Yumoto, turn left at the Sanmaibashi signal, follow the road for about 2 km, and turn right at the sign.

The parking lot is a stacked type; please drive up to the entrance. Staff will guide you. During winter, carry chains due to weather conditions. ※Although Hakone Yumoto is an area where snow rarely falls, please pay attention to weather forecasts. Be especially cautious when climbing mountains or crossing them to reach the hotel. On 11/3 only, due to a nearby event (Daimyo Parade), we cannot accept cars between 10:30 and 15:00 (except for Multiple Night Stay guests).
