With over 130 years of history, this Tamatsukuri Onsen Accommodation invites you to fully enjoy its famed “beauty bath.” Known as one of Japan’s oldest skin-beautifying Onsens, Tamatsukuri Onsen offers exceptional moisturizing effects even after bathing. In addition to a large public bath overlooking the garden, we also feature four private open-air baths, each with its own unique atmosphere. For dinner, we offer the only buffet in Tamatsukuri Onsen filled with San’in region specialties. Savor Shimane Wagyu, seafood from the Sea of Japan, and gorgeous sweets crafted by our pastry chef to your heart’s content.

    We thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets. At dinner, the Shimane Wagyu roast beef and sweet shrimp were especially delicious. For breakfast, in addition to making our own seafood bowl, we also loved the Shimane Wagyu beef stew, which was hearty with plenty of meat. The garden was beautiful, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

  • The hot water and the meals were both excellent.

    My wife wanted a buffet, so we chose this Hotel. The selection may be a bit limited, but every dish was thoughtfully prepared. The yellowtail and tuna sashimi were fresh and beautifully cut. All-you-can-eat crab and sweet shrimp were also available. At the live cooking station, they served tempura such as blackthroat seaperch, as well as Tottori beef roast beef and beef stew. What I especially enjoyed was being able to choose various ingredients to make my own individual hot pot. The Facility may feel a little dated, but if you want to enjoy the Onsen and local ingredients, this Hotel is highly recommended.
