An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy the Onsen of Tamatsukuri and the flavors of Izumo. Dinner is a buffet featuring a wide variety of San’in regional specialties.

With over 130 years of history, enjoy the beauty-enhancing onsen at this Tamatsukuri property. Known as "Japan's oldest beauty onsen," Tamatsukuri Onsen provides exceptional moisturizing effects even after bathing. In addition to the large communal bath overlooking the garden, there are four private open-air baths, each with a unique ambiance. For dinner, indulge in the only buffet at Tamatsukuri Onsen, featuring a variety of San'in regional delicacies. Savor Shimane Wagyu beef, seafood from the Sea of Japan, and exquisite desserts crafted by a pastry chef.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets. At dinner, the Shimane Wagyu roast beef and sweet shrimp were especially delicious. For breakfast, in addition to making our own seafood bowl, we also loved the Shimane Wagyu beef stew, which was hearty with plenty of meat. The garden was beautiful, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

  • The short male staff member who guided us in the parking lot left the strongest impression—he was truly wonderful. It felt like the very best of Japanese hospitality, and I was glad to see people like him still around. The food was delicious, and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it all (haha). The bath’s open-air tub was a bit small, but the temperature was perfect. The Room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the amazing origami displayed throughout the building. We’d love to visit again.
