    The stay was comfortable, but the Facility felt dated in many places.The semi-open-air bath in the guest room was spacious enough, but it was almost completely open to the air, and we could clearly hear voices from next door.The meals offered a typical buffet selection.

    We stayed with my aunt and daughter, who recently started living alone in Sendai for university, to celebrate her birthday. Due to my aunt's health issues, we requested a sudden room change, and the staff promptly accommodated us, which was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk and restaurant was incredibly kind and provided warm service that allowed us to relax comfortably. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!
