    We stayed here on our first trip to Hakone with two children. We chose it because the price was reasonable and the Reviews were good. The meals were buffet-style, so honestly I didn’t expect much, but I was very satisfied with the quality, variety, and taste. We added the all-you-can-drink plan, and there was not only beer but also plenty of wine, sake, sours, and more—perfect for anyone who enjoys alcohol! We also enjoyed a wide variety of baths in a separate building.The building itself may be old, but it was kept very clean and we had a comfortable stay. I’d like to stay here again when we visit Hakone!

  • A well-balanced, great Hotel

    The four of us—mother and daughter, aunt, and cousin—stayed in a Room with an open-air bath.The garden view from the Room was wonderful, and we were soothed by seeing many birds that are rarely found in the city.The Onsen offerings were excellent: in-room open-air bath, the large public bath, plus a footbath and a Facility called “Yunosato,” so we truly enjoyed Onsen to the fullest.The water quality was great and left our skin silky smooth. We were also delighted that the hair dryer, iron, shampoo, and more were all ReFa products.All staff members were courteous, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.We also appreciated the 11:00 check-out time—it allowed us to enjoy one more Onsen after breakfast and make the most of our stay until the very end.
