Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures at Our Accommodation Thank you for your continued patronage of Yunoko Umi to Yuuyake. Starting July 1, we will implement the following preventive measures in accordance with the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures at Accommodations" to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and hotel staff. Please note that some services previously offered have been modified. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure everyone's health and safety. 1. All staff will undergo health checks and practice thorough handwashing and disinfection. 2. Staff will wear masks to prevent the spread of infection. 3. Disinfectant solutions (hypochlorous acid solution and alcohol-based disinfectants) have been added throughout the facility, including in lobbies, rooms, dining areas, public baths, restrooms, etc., to create a more accessible environment for guests. 4. Enhanced regular disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, room keys, restroom doors. 5. Ventilation is ensured throughout the facility including dining areas. 6. Acrylic panels are installed at reception desks and shops to prevent droplet transmission. 7. Newspapers available in shared spaces have been temporarily removed. 8. Temperature checks may be conducted upon request or when deemed necessary by our accommodation; guidance to nearby medical facilities will also be provided if needed. 1.
