  • I was comforted by their warm, welcoming hospitality.

    Due to the bad weather, I think I caught a chill after getting soaked in the rain and started feeling unwell after check-in. When I told the front desk I was feeling cold and asked for heating, they promptly brought a heater and a fan heater to my Room and even set them up for me—I truly appreciated it. They also kindly offered to deliver rice porridge to my Room, but when I said I wanted to go to the restaurant, they specially prepared rice porridge for dinner. Everything was served with warm smiles, which was incredibly comforting. Thank you very much. The next day I felt better and was able to enjoy Picasso at the museum before heading home. (The free-flowing hot spring water was excellent.)

  • It was my first stay here in a while.

    It was my first stay in several years. Due to my own booking mistake, it was a smoking Room, but the front desk offered to prepare an air purifier; the smell did not bother me that much.The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed the meals—they were delicious.Above all, the staff, including the front desk team, were truly wonderful—always smiling and pleasant.Thank you very much.It made for a very good trip.
