Introduction of the Accommodation

The dishes made with natural ingredients are distinct.
We offer natural Kaiseki cuisine, all handmade using natural fish. Freshly prepared dishes will be served one by one in your Room. Since natural fish is used, the menu changes almost daily, but we aim to provide the best fish of the day.

Ryokan Masuya, established in Meiji 43 (1910), is a three-story wooden culinary Ryokan with over 100 years of history. Using natural seafood, all handmade natural kaiseki dishes are served one by one in your Room. Yunotsu Onsen, located within the World Heritage Iwami Ginzan, is an old-fashioned hot spring town. Enjoy the Japanese scenery you once saw, with old streets and Iwami Kagura performances.

At Ryokan Masuya, we use natural fish, including some that may be unfamiliar. Please try fish you have never tasted before. We can only serve them when caught, but we prepare different fish every day to welcome you.

The Room built during the Meiji era remains preserved as it was.

Yunotsu Onsen is said to be a hot spring discovered by a raccoon 1300 years ago. At Ryokan Masuya, we offer two natural flowing Onsen.

Nowadays, wooden three-story buildings cannot be constructed, so customers who appreciate old buildings are very pleased.
