Preventive Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 at Ryokan Wakaba Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Ryokan Wakaba. From June 1st, in accordance with the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures in Accommodation Properties," we will implement the following preventive measures with the health and safety of our guests and Ryokan staff in mind. We regret that some services may not be available as usual, and we sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation. Common Measures Within the Property: - All staff will undergo health checks and thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands with soap. - Staff will wear masks to prevent the spread of infection. - Alcohol disinfectant is placed throughout the Property, and we encourage frequent use. - Regular disinfection and cleaning of areas frequently touched by guests will be conducted. - Ventilation will be thoroughly maintained in the Property and dining areas. - Hygiene management with our business partners will be reinforced. - A protective sheet has been installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - Please note that some Facility services may be suspended without prior notice during the preventive measures period. Open-Air Baths and Large Public Baths: - Please bring the bath towels and face towels provided in your Room. * If you need additional face towels, they are available at the front desk. - Plastic baskets and disinfectant are provided in the changing rooms. Please disinfect them before use. Meal Service: - For dinner, the number of servings in the kaiseki course will be reduced. - For breakfast, a bento box will be prepared and served in your Room. - Breakfast will be delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. We will contact you via the in-room phone before delivering it. We will continue to update our preventive measures in accordance with the guidelines.
