Sake brewed with rice grown in this land, using water from this land, and crafted in the climate of this land is truly delicious! When you pair this artistic sake with the local food culture, it creates an even more luxurious experience. We sincerely hope you will enjoy the delicious sake of this region! Above all, I truly love the sake from this land. I want everyone to experience the essence of sake, which is the crystallization of the brewers' dedication. Tsukasaya Ryokan embodies this passion. We offer a sake tasting experience where you can try various types of sake. You can choose from 3, 6, or 10 varieties of sake tasting even after you arrive. Honestly, every brewery's sake is amazing!! We always carefully select and curate the sake, often agonizing over the choices.
