Our facility will operate on a reduced scale for the time being to prevent crowding in dining areas, baths, and public spaces. By avoiding crowded conditions and minimizing contact opportunities between guests and staff, we aim to prevent infections within the facility, create an environment where travelers can enjoy their trips without worry, and ensure a safe working environment for our staff. Prioritizing the protection of everyone's "lives," we are committed to preventing the spread of infections. We kindly ask that you use our facility only if you agree to the following terms. Please note that the reduced interaction with guests allows us to allocate more time for disinfection within the facility. - The number of operational Rooms has been limited from 18 to 10. - Room capacity is limited to 3 people (from the previous 6). (For family use of 4-6 people, please contact us directly.) - At check-in, we request all guests to undergo "temperature checks" and "hand disinfection." - Guest name registration and Room guidance by staff at check-in will be omitted, and facility information will be provided in printed form. - Payment is limited to "pre-payment" or "advance payment at check-in." - Meal times are generally set at 6:30 PM for dinner and 7:30 AM for breakfast. If you will "arrive late" or "depart early," please contact us by phone before check-in. - We do not provide drinks during meals, so please prepare your own and bring them into the facility. (Vending machines are available on-site.) *Additional dishes during meals will not be provided. - Meals will be served all at once instead of one dish at a time, and we will generally not clear dishes during meals. - Guests are requested to wear masks in public areas within the facility. - To minimize staff entry into guest Rooms, bedding will be prepared in advance. - Even during guests' stay, staff will disinfect public areas. - The shop will remain closed for the time being, but a few items are available at the front desk.
