Meal
Enjoy the natural flavors of Aomori with dishes such as scallops from Mutsu Bay, sea urchins, sashimi of char and rainbow trout raised in the clear waters of Mount Hakkoda, and seasonal wild vegetables and mushrooms. Savor the dedication of Yakeyamansou.

Onsen and bath
The hot spring water is drawn from Sarukura Onsen, offering 100% pure natural flow. This Onsen is characterized by its high sulfur and calcium (lime) content, providing a gentle and low-irritation experience for the skin.

The entire facility features tatami flooring and is constructed with Aomori Hiba wood. The Room also offers a relaxing space with a gentle wood aroma.

The corridor leading to the lobby and bath features a subtle fragrance of Aomori Hiba wood and natural materials, soft light from candles and lamps, and seasonal flowers.
