  • The staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable.

    There were a few minor operational issues during breakfast, but the friendly and attentive service more than made up for them, so it was not a problem at all. The Facility and staff in each section were also excellent, and this is an Accommodation I would recommend to others.

  • An Annual Family Trip

    As we did last year, we stayed at Tenzui again this time. Although the dining area was under renovation, we were able to enjoy delicious meals in a separate room. Our young children also had a great time in the spacious building, and we are truly grateful to all the staff.We heard that from mid-July, a newly opened dining area will be available and the menu will be renewed as well.We’re looking forward to coming again next year!Thank you very much.

Kaike Onsen is known for having the largest volume of hot spring water in the San’in region and its classic Onsen atmosphere, and the seascape seen from the baths is truly exceptional. You can feel your travel fatigue slowly melt away in the soothing warmth. Both the men’s and women’s baths feature an open-air bath, offering a relaxing soak that feels like being immersed in the vast sea.

    Grand Reopening of the Buffet Venue: Saturday, July 18

    Restaurant Nagisatei is currently undergoing renovations in preparation for its grand reopening on Saturday, July 18.

    Here is a preview of the new design renderings.

    After the renovation, the restaurant will offer a spacious and comfortable setting with seating for approximately 180 guests.


    *From May 1 to July 17, the restaurant will operate at the 2F Grand Palace venue.
    Please note that serving style and menu items may change.
