A mountain lodge located in a prime location, just a 30-second walk from the symbol of Kamikochi, "Kappa Bridge." Our proud buffet, featuring over 30 Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, has newly introduced "wood-fired cuisine," allowing you to enjoy freshly grilled juicy meats and vegetables. Recommended as a base for exploring or for family trips.

  • The meals are outstanding!

    This was my first visit to Kamikochi and my first stay overnight. The location is excellent—just 30 seconds from Kappa Bridge—and the building is very clean throughout. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. Neither my companion nor I drink alcohol, but there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well as craft beer. We toasted with a Shine Muscat sparkling drink. There is no TV in the Room, which encouraged us to go to bed early and fully enjoy our stay surrounded by nature. If the weather is good, you can also enjoy the starry sky.

  • Absolutely amazing!

    It was my first time in Kamikochi. This Hotel, located very close to Kappa Bridge, was excellent. Being able to store our luggage was a big help. Every staff member was pleasant and welcoming. I was thrilled to see the starry sky at night! The wood-fire cuisine was as delicious as its reputation.I’d love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Enjoy "wood-fired cuisine" while watching the flickering flames.

This wood-fired cooking, which at first glance appears to be bold with its blazing flames, is actually a very delicate cooking method. By carefully applying heat once the wood fire has settled into a stable state known as "okibi," the potential of the ingredients is brought out.

Additionally, we have started offering a free drink (all-you-can-drink) option, so please enjoy your meal and drinks to your heart's content.
