At Tokiwasure Kaikatei, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and to protect both our guests and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your cooperation. - Guests suspected of being infected with the novel coronavirus will not be allowed to stay at our Property. We apologize, but during check-in, all guests are required to declare in writing whether they have any symptoms suspected of being related to the novel coronavirus. - We will disinfect your suitcases and other belongings with alcohol. - Alcohol-based disinfectants are provided in common areas. Please wash your hands, gargle, or disinfect your hands with the provided disinfectant when visiting common areas or returning to your Room. - Our staff may wear masks when interacting with guests. - Normally, our staff accompanies guests to their Room after check-in, but you may choose to go to your Room on your own if you prefer. We will confirm your preference at check-in. - The provision of welcome drinks in the lobby has been temporarily suspended. - If you wish to have dinner served in your Room, please apply for a Room dining Plan at the time of Reservation. For meals served in the dining area, we will arrange seating to maintain as much distance as possible between tables. - To minimize the number of times our staff visits your table, meals will be served in slightly larger portions at once. - For guests who wish, we offer air purifiers and humidifiers for use in your Room (subject to availability).
