Regarding Influenza and Novel Coronavirus Infection Prevention Measures. Thank you for always choosing our Property. At Yukotan no Mori, we are implementing the following infection prevention measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests during their stay. We will also take additional measures as necessary in response to changing circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, as some measures may cause inconvenience. 1. Measures within the Property <1> Frequently touched areas will be disinfected with alcohol during cleaning and as needed. <2> Ventilation will be conducted within the Property as appropriate. <3> Alcohol disinfectant will be placed in all Rooms and various locations within the Property. 2. Staff and Services <1> Staff will strictly monitor their health, including temperature checks, and frequently disinfect their hands with alcohol during work and at the start and end of shifts. <2> All staff will wear masks at all times while attending to guests. <3> Acrylic boards will be installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. 3. Dining Area <1> In the dining area, we will ensure adequate spacing between guests as much as possible and ventilate the area as needed. * Please note that Room dining is not available. <2> Breakfast may include some dishes served on small plates as part of the buffet menu. <3> Dinner and breakfast times will be designated by the Property, and we may not be able to accommodate guests' specific time preferences. 4. Requests to Guests <1> Upon entering the Property, please disinfect your hands using the alcohol disinfectant provided at the entrance. During your stay, we also ask that you use the alcohol disinfectant placed throughout the Property to disinfect your hands as needed. <2> Please fill out the guest registration form. <3> If you feel unwell at any time during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
