We offer authentic Japanese Kaiseki cuisine prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, shuttle service by retro bonnet bus, a warm welcome by geishas, and a variety of events within the property.

  • I stayed for two nights at Dogo Onsen.

    We originally planned to stay for one night, but since the weather at our next destination didn’t look promising, we decided on a last-minute Multiple Night Stay here. Before staying here, we had been at the Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, and compared with that, this Hotel felt more family-friendly and enjoyable even with children. It’s a little away from the center of Dogo Onsen, but a free retro-style Shuttle Service bus runs regularly, so the distance hardly bothered us. There is a footbath at the Hotel entrance that you can enjoy anytime. In the evening, there was also a festival-style kids’ fair held next to the souvenir shop area, which delighted our child. The baths are divided between an indoor bath on the 3rd floor and an open-air bath on the 4th floor. Each has its own atmosphere, and it was great being able to enjoy both. The food was delicious and our whole family was very satisfied. The staff were courteous as well, so we could relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay. This last-minute Multiple Night Stay turned out to be absolutely the right choice. When we visit Dogo Onsen as a family again, we would definitely like to stay here again—certainly a repeat for us.The Dogo Prince Hotel character “Yutama Prince” greeted us at check-in and saw us off at check-out at the entrance. We hope he keeps up the great work!

  • We were extremely satisfied.

    This was our fourth stay, and this time we stayed in a newly opened guest room added in August this year. We were truly glad we made the Reservation—the amenities, facilities, spaciousness, balcony with an open-air bath, and access to the top-floor lounge were all excellent. The staff were consistently courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I didn’t have much of an appetite at breakfast—perhaps because I ate too much the night before—but I felt the selection was a little limited.There were three of us staying this time.Although it was only for one night, bedding was prepared in both the Japanese-style and Western-style areas of the room, so we could relax very comfortably.We would love to stay again.Thank you very much.

A retro bonnet bus provides Shuttle Service to the mechanical clock in front of Dogo Onsen Station. (15:00～22:00, approximately every 10 minutes) From Dogo Onsen Station to the main building of Dogo Onsen, it is about a 5-minute walk through the shopping street. The next morning, starting at 6:00 AM, staff will use a wagon vehicle to provide Shuttle Service to Dogo Onsen Station.
