At our Property, we are implementing the following measures as part of our COVID-19 prevention efforts: Within the Property: - We will thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas. (Doorknobs, refrigerator handles, elevator buttons, light switches, remote controls, vending machines, etc.) - Guests will be guided to maintain social distancing. We will focus on keeping groups apart rather than individuals. Front Desk: - A protective sheet will be installed at the front desk counter. - Pens and Room keys will be disinfected after use. - Guests will be guided to avoid crowding during check-in and check-out. Dining Area: - Tables will be spaced apart, and seating will be arranged side-by-side or to avoid face-to-face interactions as much as possible. - Curtains will be used to separate groups to prevent droplet transmission. - Large platters and buffets will not be offered; all meals will be served in individual portions. - Staff will minimize contact with guests and reduce the frequency of serving dishes. - Ventilation will be enhanced using fans and frequent air circulation. - Dining areas will be partitioned with fabric, and seating will be arranged to avoid face-to-face interactions. Public Bath: - Dressing rooms will be disinfected regularly. - Doorknobs and other frequently touched areas will be thoroughly disinfected. - Ventilation fans will be continuously operated in both the public bath and dressing rooms. Shared Restrooms: - Regular disinfection will be conducted. - Hand soap and paper towels will be provided. - Alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be placed outside the restrooms. - Guests are encouraged to use the restroom in their Room whenever possible. Staff: - Staff will undergo daily temperature checks and health monitoring. - Masks will be worn at all times. - Gloves may be worn as necessary. Cleaning: - In-Room amenities will be kept to a minimum. - Disinfection of frequently touched areas will be prioritized during cleaning. - Windows will be opened to ensure proper ventilation. [Requests to Guests] We kindly ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. At Home: - Please monitor the health of all guests prior to your stay. - If possible, measure the temperature of all guests for two weeks before your stay. - If you experience a high fever or symptoms suggestive of infection, please contact us immediately and refrain from staying. Check-In: - All guests will have their temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer at check-in. - Only guests with normal body temperatures will be allowed to stay. - If a high fever or symptoms suggestive of infection are detected, guests may be isolated in their Room or denied entry. - Please use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the entrance. Within the Property: - Please wear a mask when moving outside your Room. - Guests who repeatedly disregard staff requests may be asked to leave the Property. - Please sanitize your hands before meals. Check-Out: - While cash and credit card payments are accepted, we recommend using PayPay for contactless transactions. Day-Use Bathing: - Day-use bathing hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. - All guests will have their temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer upon arrival. - The representative's name, address, phone number, and the names of all users will be recorded. - To avoid congestion, we ask that you limit your bathing time to approximately 30 minutes. - Please refrain from using the lobby after bathing for the time being. - Bathing admissions will be adjusted based on the occupancy of the dressing room. Accommodation: - We will operate with reduced Room occupancy, and reservations may be declined even if the Property is not fully booked. - To reduce Room entry frequency, futons may be laid out in advance. - Futons may not be cleared away after breakfast to reduce Room entry frequency. - Please understand that guest interactions will involve minimal contact and time. - Alcohol sprays will be provided in the Property and Rooms for your use. - Some amenities have been removed, and the quantity may be less than before.
