Introduction of the Accommodation

Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture, with sweeping panoramic views of the Northern Alps
Hakuba Village is surrounded by the 3,000-meter-class peaks of the Northern Japan Alps, spanning Nagano and Toyama Prefectures. Draped in snow, the stunning Northern Japan Alps are beloved as one of Japan’s iconic mountain ranges. You can’t help but exclaim, “The mountains are this huge!”—you’ll feel their overwhelming grandeur once you arrive. In this vast natural setting, a wide range of activities awaits year-round, including hiking, skiing, hot-air ballooning, canoeing, and rafting.

Right in front of you is the Hakuba Ski Jumping Stadium, where a gold medal was won at the Nagano Olympics. A lift between the Normal Hill and Large Hill takes you up to the start gate about 140 meters above the ground. Why not experience the view from an athlete’s perspective? Many visitors find their legs shaking at the impressive height. During the green season, you can watch ski jump training sessions.

Dining
We serve safe, delicious meals made with local ingredients raised in clean air and pure water. We also offer a carefully selected wine list and Hakuba craft beer.

Room
From guest rooms with lofts to triple and Japanese-style options, we offer Rooms suited for families, multi-generational stays, and larger groups.

Hakuba Himekawa Onsen, known for its skin-beautifying benefits, is rich in minerals, warming you through to the core. We also offer an authentic Finnish sauna.
