We are making every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable stay in response to COVID-19; however, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the measures below. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. * At check-in, we ask guests to have their temperature taken and to complete a short questionnaire. Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or those suspected of infection, will be asked to refrain from staying. * Alcohol disinfectant spray is available in public areas, and we regularly ventilate these spaces. Please disinfect your hands when entering the Accommodation and when entering the restaurant. * When occupancy reaches a certain level, dinner will be served in two seatings (18:00– / 20:00–), and breakfast will be served in three seatings (7:00– / 8:00– / 9:00–). If a time slot reaches capacity, we will guide you to an alternative time. [Our Initiatives] In addition, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing the following measures: * All staff take their temperature daily at both clock-in and clock-out times and report any symptoms or poor health condition to their supervisor. * Alcohol disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, lobby tables, in-room telephones, TV remote controls, toilets, bathrooms, and other high-contact areas.
