In accordance with the "Hyogo Safe Travel" initiative, we are implementing the following measures: ● Welcoming guests with healthy staff - Daily temperature checks for staff - Staff wearing masks and regularly washing and sanitizing hands ● Prioritizing the health of our guests - Requesting health checks, hand sanitization, and mask-wearing upon arrival - Assigning and training staff to respond to guests' health concerns or abnormalities - Identifying medical institutions and health centers to assist with guest consultations - Proper management of guest registries necessary for tracking infection routes ● Providing a clean environment - Regular ventilation, cleaning, and disinfection of shared spaces (lobby, dining areas, public baths, restrooms, etc.), and placement of sanitizers - Regular ventilation, cleaning, disinfection, and replacement of amenities in guest rooms, along with placement of sanitizers ● Ensuring physical distancing to prevent the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) - Maintaining seat spacing in lobbies and dining areas (approximately 2m, minimum 1m) - Staggering usage times and dispersing venues for dining areas and public baths - Implementing measures to reduce physical contact and droplet spread at dining areas and the front desk - Requesting consideration to prevent droplet spread in dining areas (e.g., avoiding loud conversations) *We are affiliated with the "Hyogo Prefecture COVID-19 Tracking System" service.
