We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 【Front Desk, Property, and Staff】 ■ Installation of disinfectant alcohol in various areas of the Property ■ Placement of disinfectant alcohol in all guest Rooms ■ Provision of gargling solution in all guest Rooms ■ Staff wearing masks during customer service within the Property ■ Temperature checks and confirmation of overseas travel history for all guests at check-in ■ If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may ask guests to refrain from staying, following the instructions of the health authorities. ■ Request for all guests to wear masks during their stay ■ Installation of protective shields at the front desk, shop, restaurant counters, etc., to prevent droplet transmission ■ Strengthened regular ventilation within the Property ■ Alcohol disinfection and wiping of shared areas (such as Rooms and elevators) ■ Strict health and hygiene management for staff (Temperature checks and record confirmation before work; staff with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will be prohibited from working and will follow a doctor's diagnosis) ■ Regular hand washing and disinfection by staff 【Restaurant】 ■ Request for guests to use alcohol disinfectant upon entering the restaurant ■ Measures to prevent crowding at entry, including verbal guidance and floor stickers ■ Implementation of measures to alleviate crowding, such as entry restrictions ■ Request and reminders for guests to wear masks except while eating ■ Reduction in the number of tables and seats in the restaurant, with wider spacing between seating arrangements ■ Installation of protective shields at restaurant counters to prevent droplet transmission ■ Strengthened regular ventilation within the Property ■ Breakfast will be served as either a Japanese set meal or buffet, depending on the number of guests. (For buffet-style meals, bento boxes will be provided for guests who wish to take their meals back to their Rooms.) ■ Disposable vinyl gloves will be distributed at the entrance, and guests are required to wear them 100% to safely enjoy the buffet-style meals. ■ Frequent replacement, disinfection, and cleaning of serving tongs. 【Large Public Bath】 ■ Installation of alcohol disinfectant at entrances and various locations ■ Verbal reminders for hand disinfection upon entry ■ Implementation of measures to alleviate crowding, such as entry restrictions ■ Regular patrols by staff to ensure no crowding or congestion occurs ■ Advance notice to guests about peak bath times, encouraging them to use the bath during less crowded times ■ Alcohol disinfection and wiping during cleaning ※ If you feel unwell, please inform the nearest staff member.
