Regulations for Staying with Your Beloved Dog
For the comfort, safety, and security of all guests and their dogs, please review the following information before completing your reservation.
At check-in, you will be required to read and sign the "Dog Accommodation Agreement" after agreeing to its terms.
Below are important points that require confirmation prior to your stay:
1. Vaccination Requirements
*Please bring one of the following certificates:

B) Certificate showing sufficient antibody levels from a titer test conducted within 1 year.
C) If vaccinations were not administered due to illness or allergies, a "Vaccination Exemption Certificate" or "Medical Diagnosis" issued by a veterinarian within 1 year is required.
*If deemed valid for up to 3 years by a veterinarian's judgment, this period will be honored.
2. Eligible Dogs for Accommodation
- Dogs must be at least 5 months old and weigh less than 20kg.
- Must be accustomed to indoor living with no excessive barking or biting habits.
3. Regarding Your Stay
- Dogs in heat cannot stay; if it begins during your stay, please refrain from using shared areas.
- If excessive biting, aggression, or barking disrupts other guests' experiences, we may request that you leave shared areas or have your dog remain in your room.
- In shared areas (excluding dog runs), leashes are mandatory at all times; frequent intentional neglect or off-leash behavior may result in refusal of accommodation.
