At Polaris, in line with the “New Hokkaido Style” Safety Declaration, we are implementing the “Seven Habits” to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 1. We regularly ventilate the Facility. 　・We thoroughly ventilate guest rooms before check-in and after check-out. 　・We ventilate before and after use of the dining area. 4. We regularly disinfect and clean equipment and fixtures. 　・We disinfect high-touch areas in guest rooms, etc., every day. 　・We install Plasmacluster units in guest rooms, etc., for continuous sterilization. 5. We work to reduce opportunities for person-to-person contact. 　・We strive to reduce contact opportunities, such as limiting use of shared toilets/restrooms. 　・At reception, we respond through glass partitions, etc. 　・We ensure adequate spacing between tables. 　・Buffet style → changed to individually plated servings 6. We ask guests to follow cough etiquette and wash their hands frequently. 　・Notices are posted in each guest room, etc. 7. We actively inform guests of our efforts through in-house notices and our website (making infection-prevention measures visible).
