  • A Lovely Villa

    We chose this property because we were looking for a well-reviewed, reasonably priced place around Karuizawa that allows dogs, has a dog run, includes breakfast, can accommodate our family of three, and is conveniently located for sightseeing. Just as the Reviews said, the staff were kind and attentive, there were plenty of items for our dog, we enjoyed a lovely Room, and the breakfast was truly delicious. We also had a great time sightseeing in Karuizawa—this villa is an excellent choice that exceeded its price, and we would love to stay again!

  • It’s a pet-friendly Hotel.

    Thank you for your continued support.The reason I couldn’t give a 5 was that there were too few power outlets, which was inconvenient. It would have been helpful if extension cords were available to borrow.Other than that, there were no particular issues, and I thought it was good.
