Marriott International’s newest Courtyard brand Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Okinawa Resort, will open on June 15, 2026, in Kise, Nago City, Okinawa. This will be the first Courtyard in Okinawa and the brand’s first beach resort-style property in Japan. Located along Kise Beach, it offers an ideal setting to enjoy the waters of Nago Bay and the natural beauty of Yanbaru. Conveniently accessible at about a one-hour drive from Naha Airport, it caters to a wide range of stays—from leisure to business, trips with family or friends to solo travel.

  • Quite a good beach hotel.

    This Hotel offers a wonderful beach, friendly staff, relatively new Facilities, and a lovely atmosphere. The Room is spacious. Breakfast options are limited, but the food is decent. We checked in on a typhoon day and stayed for 4 nights over 5 days. However, we could only use the beach activities on the day we checked out. Even though the weather was good on days 3 and 4, marine activities were closed (which is understandable). We tried to rent life jackets, but the Hotel refused. It’s disappointing that there is no pool. This Hotel is heavily dependent on the weather.

    A nicely renovated hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the water activities offered by the marine shop. Our kids loved every moment and are already asking to come back next year. The breakfast was also very good. However, the air conditioning is quite noisy and needs improvement.
