● About Measures Against COVID-19 ● ＜Hygiene Management for Staff＞ ・We ensure daily health management and temperature checks, and staff with fever or poor health will not be allowed to work. ・Staff are required to thoroughly wash hands, gargle, and use alcohol-based sanitizers. ・Hygiene management is strictly enforced in staff-only areas as well. ＜Customer Interaction＞ ・Face-to-face interactions will be conducted in well-ventilated spaces, maintaining a certain distance and wearing masks. ・We have simplified face-to-face interactions, such as temporarily suspending the provision of welcome drinks. ・For those concerned about face-to-face interactions, communication via intercom, LINE, or phone is available. ＜Rooms and Café Room＞ ・Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the entrance of the café room used for reception and breakfast, as well as inside guest rooms. ・Disinfectant wet wipes are provided in the Room. ・In addition to regular cleaning, guest rooms and café spaces are ventilated and disinfected thoroughly. ・Toys used by children are adequately disinfected with alcohol. ・For Multiple Night Stay, cleaning will only be provided upon request. ＜Breakfast＞ ・For the time being, new Reservations for private breakfast rooms for one group are suspended, and we are offering Room service Plans instead. ・For those who wish, we also provide contactless delivery for Room service. ・We have switched to disposable straws and chopsticks that can be sterilized in a dishwasher. ＜Request for Declaration＞ ・Please refrain from making a Reservation or staying if you have traveled abroad within two weeks prior to check-in. ・At check-in, you will be required to declare via a questionnaire that you do not have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as coughing suspected to be related to COVID-19. ・If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform us immediately. ・Non-contact thermometers are available for loan upon request. ＜Requests During Your Stay＞ ・Please wear a mask and sanitize your hands with alcohol when entering shared spaces. ・When returning from outside, please wash your hands, gargle, and use alcohol-based sanitizers. ・We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining social distance when interacting with other guests or staff.
