Our COVID-19 Prevention Measures To protect the health and safety of our guests and employees, we are strengthening hygiene measures throughout the property to prevent infection and reduce the spread of COVID-19. • Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations We have increased the number of sanitizer stations throughout the property, including banquet floors and restrooms. • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection We have strengthened daily cleaning and disinfection across the property. In addition, high-touch areas such as door handles, escalator handrails, elevator buttons, restroom doors, and other frequently touched surfaces are disinfected with alcohol more frequently than before. • Masks and gloves for service staff This policy is communicated to everyone working at Ogawaya, including management. We also strive to practice environmentally conscious habits in our daily lives. • Employee hygiene management To help prevent infection among employees, we are implementing the following measures: • Employees wear masks during commuting as well. • Handwashing, gargling, and hand sanitizing are carried out more frequently than before. • Body temperature is checked upon arrival/departure. Employees with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher or who feel unwell will not be allowed to work. • Employees are prohibited from returning to work until two days have passed after their fever has subsided or symptoms have improved. • Social distancing During check-in at the front desk and when using the restaurant, please keep approximately 2 meters distance from other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining appropriate distancing. • Ventilation in the front lobby and café lounge We will provide services in spaces that allow for sufficient ventilation. —Requests to Guests— • Please cooperate with alcohol-based hand sanitizing when entering the building and when entering banquet venues. • In restaurants, please sanitize your hands with alcohol when taking your seat. • Guests who have a fever or feel unwell are kindly asked to refrain from visiting. • If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform a nearby staff member immediately. • Please cooperate with social distancing during check-in at the front desk and when using restaurants. Depending on seating arrangements, we may ask you to wait or may be unable to admit you even if there appear to be empty seats.
